And the victim is the good character of the Scottish people, at the brutal hands of the second-most offensive game I've ever seen on the App Store.
I SHALL NOW ENNUMERATE THE WAYS IN WHICH THIS GAME OUTRAGES ME.
1. Well, there's that guy on the title screen for a start.
2. "Who's up fer a round 'a darrts?", leers the game when you load it up, in a horrible nasal accent that's offensive to Scottish people on the grounds of its absolutely stupendous Irishness.
3. It's also pretty offensive to Irish people.
4. When you start a game, it shouts "HIGH SCORRRRRRRRRE!", which is not only nonsensical (since you haven't thrown a single dart yet), but is also offensive to The Proclaimers.
5. The presence of a Lite version clearly plays on the stereotype that Scottish people are mean.
6. It's fucking rubbish.
They should have named it "Celtic Pub Darts" and then your points 2 & 3 would be moot. Getting as specific as "Highland" is just asking for trouble.
Does it have a round where you throw darts at other people who wear the wrong football shirt?
